Founder & CEO
Edwin Blokker
Edwin Blokker is an entrepreneur and property developer from Enschede. He started his first businesses at a young age and developed into an active investor in real estate, metal trading, recycling and renewable energy.
Under his leadership Blokker Metaalrecycling grew from a traditional metalworking shop into a full-service processing specialist, and Blokker Investors became a trusted name in Dutch property development – projects that deliver not only a financial return but also a better living environment.
All of these companies come together in the Blokker Family Office, giving the group unique synergies, resources and expertise. Sustainability and social responsibility are self-evident: in every project the aim is a healthy, future-proof environment – for today and for the generations to come.
