On the site of a former car dealership from the 1960s, five family homes with gardens and seven apartments were realised, with ample parking for residents. Solar panels and heat pumps make the homes energy-efficient and future-proof.

The project is aimed at people who fall between the social rental market and home ownership. Residents were able to choose their own finishes for bathroom, kitchen and floors. The object remains in the portfolio; letting is handled by Blokker Real Estate B.V.
