An A1 location in Breda: an Italian restaurant on the ground floor, five student rooms above.
This beautiful building on an A1 location in the centre of Breda was converted into a restaurant on the ground floor – run by Il Bandito, with a garden for guests – and five student rooms with shared spaces on the first and second floor. The building was completely stripped and rebuilt by Blokker Investors to current standards.
