A stately 1938 villa on the Singel, stripped to the bone and rebuilt as six apartments.
Originally built as a residence in 1938 and used for years as offices, this corner villa on the Hogelandsingel was acquired in 2018 and transformed into six apartments, two per floor, within walking distance of the city centre.
The building was completely stripped and rebuilt from the ground up. Each apartment has its own address, a modern kitchen and bathroom, HR++ glazing and LED lighting throughout.
